I drove by the area and was wondering what had happened, and turning on the news I saw our Torrance Fire Department working to save this gentlemens lifes. What amazing job, you guys did out there last night. It's always good to knwo you guys do a great job at what you guys do.

Why did the accident occur? Did the contractor cut corners on the shoring or did Shell try to cut costs?
