The 2009 Municipal Election results will become official Tuesday. Election officials across the state will canvass the votes from provisional ballots, one-stop votes, and those cast on Election Day.
While incumbent Wilmington Mayor Bill Saffo easily won reelection last night, other incumbents around the region didna t fare as well.
