Toms River man, 23, charged with heroin possession, weapons offenses

Following a month-long investigation and the execution of two search warrants, county and municipal law enforcement officials arrested a 23-year-old Morristown Drive man and seized heroin, $5,000 in cash, a handgun, hollow point bullets and a car.
