Defendant in fatal traffic crash is convicted sex offender
A man facing charges of involuntary manslaughter and drunk driving stemming from a fatal traffic crash in Shenandoah County has a history as a violent sex offender, according to court records.
Del. Todd Gilbert, R-Woodstock, picked up an endorsement from the Virginia Credit Union League today in his bid for re-election to the 15th District.
