Gov. Brad Henry has ordered all flags on state property to be flown at half-staff through Tuesday to honor the victims of Thursday's deadly shooting rampage at Fort Hood, Texas.

The 22-year-old Tipton soldier is among 13 who died when a gunman opened fire at the post.

Health officials urge anyone who has the flu to stay home from work and school and stay away from others as much as possible to help prevent the spread of the disease.

Western Oklahoma will get a break from the triple-digit heat as a storm system moves across the state over the next few days.
