Hernando County is about to get its second O'Reilly Auto Parts Store. Fresh on the heels of the chain's debut opening in Brooksville, comes news that Springfield, Mo.-based O'Reilly has set its sight on an outparcel in front of the Winn-Dixie Shopping Plaza near Timber Pines, on the east side of the road.

With the rate of growth in Hernando far below what had been predicted several years ago, the county's utilities project plan needed to be downsized as well.

Just in the nick of time, with summer around the corner, Don and Ellyn Pulver have swung open the doors on the Sweet Spot, a multi-flavored ice cream parlor where customers can chill out.
