Contracts totaling $41.9 million for nine highway projects around the state, including installation of a series of wildlife crossing underpasses and overpasses on US 191 in the Pinedale area, were awarded by the Wyoming Transportation Commission during its December meeting in Cheyenne.

Three Wyoming residents, Joel Burdess of Casper, Jayme Feary of Jackson and Pam Galbreath of Laramie, are this yeara s recipients of the Wyoming Arts Councila s 2011 creative writing fellowships.
