During the regular Three Rivers City Council meeting of June 22, Live Oak County Judge Jim Huff administered the oath of office to James Liska as Mayor; Sammy Garcia as Alderman, Place 4; and Sally Rodriguez as Alderman, Place 5. Following, Garcia was appointed Mayor Pro Tem and Dawn Benham was appointed Municipal Judge.
