A deputy responded to a suicide threat and found a 48-year-old unnamed man lying face down in the dirt about 75 yards down the embankment. He was treated for minor injuries. 12:03 a.m. Washington Street and Fred Waring Drive. Bryan Bowen, 49, of La Quinta was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence. 12:14 a.m. Freedom Park. Two unknown men robbed Palm's Health Care. 11:30 p.m. Cook Street south of Frank Sinatra Drive. James Davis, 65, of Palm Desert, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence. 12:49 a.m. Marriott Desert Springs Resort. Brian Dillon, 20, and Brandon Buring, 22, both of Yucca Valley, were arrested on suspicion of public intoxication. 1:40 p.m. Palm Desert High School. A 16-year-old juvenile was arrested by officers who found him in possession of a dagger. 3:30 p.m. Alessandro Drive and San Benito Circle. Jose Elias Gonzalez Rios, 22 of Palm Desert, was arrested on suspicion of being in possession of a fictitious permanent resident card. 10:10 p.m. Marriott Desert Springs Resort. Alexander Fioroni, 35, of San Diego, was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication. 11 a.m. Donnie Wayne Yingling, 38, of Mojave, was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest. 3 p.m. Brandon Adams, 25 of Palm Springs, was arrested on suspicion of annoying a child under 14 years of age. During that arrest a 17-year-old from Desert Hot Springs was arrested on suspicion of possession of stolen property and resisting arrest. 9:05 p.m. Ceaser Munoz, 23, of Indio, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. 2:33 a.m. Highway 111 and El Dorado Drive. Mylan Ramirez, 19 from Indio, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence. His passenger, Rogelio Avina, 21, of Indio, was arrested on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia and being under the influence of controlled substance. 2:42 a.m. Edgar Tejeda, 18 of Indio, was arrested on suspicion of driving without a license. Also arrested was Rafael Cuevas, 24, of Palm Desert, in connection with a misdemeanor warrant. 3 a.m. 73-000 block of El Paseo. James Crawford was arrested on suspicion of violating a domestic restraining order and resisting arrest. Crawford fought with officers and had to be Tasered. 2 p.m. Palm Desert Country Club. Steven Johnson was arrested by U.S. Marshal's in connection with a warrant.
