United States Attorney Laurie Magid today announced the filing of a one-count indictment charging Mark Gilliam, of Chester County, Pennsylvania, with committing an arson of the Happy Days Family Bistro, located at 3470 East Lincoln Highway, in Thorndale, PA, on January 25, 2009.
