Cops were on the roof of a Waukehan Dunkin Donuts adding a twist to National Donut day celebrations with a good cause.

Sixth graders Sage Lawson , 11, of Grayslake and Kat Llanes-Smith, 12, of Third Lake step out after taking a limo from Frederick School in Grayslake to Chili's restaurant in Round Lake Beach with a few classmates as a raffle prize drawn from tickets they earned for good behavior during the year on Thursday, May 31, 2012.

Lake County Sheriff's deputies will hang out at the donut shop on Friday. But it is all for a good cause.

Lake Forest residents David and Donna Raye have been honored with the Milton Brown Award for their work with the Special Education District of Lake County .
