Oooh..that's gotta suck! He spent all that money to restore his home and then it catches fire. Poor guy!

Unless he torched it for the insurance money because the housing market sucks and he's upside down in the mortgage.......

It's sad that you would think that, but honestly I thought the same...it's just the harsh reality of the economy we live in. I hope things get better!

It's not sad that I think that way, it's smart. Look at both sides an more then one angle. It's helps everyone in the long run. Anyone who thinks everyone and everything is on the level is a sucker.
