A Teutopolis man has been sentenced to prison time for a repeat DUI offense. 23-year-old Kyle Schumacher Thursday was sentenced to four years in prison for aggravated DUI.A It was Schumacher's first DUI conviction in Effingham County but his third DUI conviction.
