After reading the article in the San Louis Obispo Tribune it would seem that this was not a random act or the act serial killer. With multiple gun shot wounds there would be an a lot of blood and I must say that I was somewhat shocked that his brother Gene would hug him. I know that grief can affect people in different ways, but in doing that he disturbed a crime scene.

If I were the family I would start looking to people that knew him and sometimes that looking within the family.

it has 'personal written all over it.
It does not seem like some random act,I would be looking in his immediate circle just prior to his death.

I would taking note of anyone that knows the family that might have purchased something that would be out of their budget or acting out of character when Jerry's name is mentioned.

I agree. Since the home was not ransacked that says to me whoever did this was not interested in what Jerry had in his home but what could be had in the long run. Someone that was looking for any money that could have been hidden in the house would have tore it up looking for it. That in itself says that this was not a random act. I am sure Law Enforcement would be thinking that also.

Has anyone been questioned and how may times have they been brought in to be questioned ? That would also narrow down who Law Enforcement is looking at as a prime suspect.

That would most likely be a family member. There is land involved. I would be curious as to who had the most dealings with Jerry within his family circle. Maybe a possible on going disagreement ?

Daily Horoscope for December 19

Virgo

Someone is easily angered today, and you'll want to tiptoe around them at every opportunity. They might be on the defensive and imagine that you're getting at them all the time, or they could be quick to point the finger of blame straight at you. It won't be an easy day, but try not to get swept up in the emotional dramas that are swirling around you. They'll only exhaust you.
