Charges Filed Against Telluride Juvenile in Colona Hit and Run

' The Montrose District Attorney's office has filed charges in Ouray District Court regarding last week's hit-and-run fatality near Colona, which took the life of David J. Tomlinson, 51, of Cuba, Ill.
