Two teenage boys have been expelled from Tecumseh High School and one of them was arrested after they were accused of making marijuana-laced brownies, authorities said.

Tom Wilsie, Tecumseh Public Schools superintendent, told the Tecumseh Board of Education Monday night that next year's budget will have to survive without the benefit of extra federal dollars.

Tecumseh City Council adopted its fiscal year 2013 budget, which is in effect from July 1, 2012 to June 30, 2013, on Monday night.
