Joye L. Carnes, 81, died March 23, 2012, in Tarkio, Mo. She was born July 20, 1930, in Clifty to Sam and Luttie Jones.

Lewis Warren Smith, 84, Maryville, Missouri died on Monday, March 26, 2012, at Parkdale Manor Care Center in Maryville.

Jane Gray McPherson Carpenter, 89, died peacefully Thursday, March 22, 2012 in her apartment at Vintage Gardens Assisted Living in St.
