The Government Affairs Committee of the Greater Pocono Chamber of Commerce, in conjunction with Blue Ridge Communications TV 13, will be hosting a public forum on the Northampton Community College-Monroe Campus Tax Referendum at 7 p.m. at the Sherman Theater, 524 Main St., Stroudsburg .
