Plain and simple the police were wrong and lacked the capacity to evaluate the circumstances at the moment.

Who knows who swung first, obviously the picture of former commissioner Blair shows trauma to his left eye, reports are the kids came home at 4AM, internet rumors have the older child as a trouble maker, it's not as clear cut as you would have us believe upsetintampa. Perhaps those things should have come out in trial and exonerate Mr. Blair, but if they are already known to the prosecution why should they spend our tax money chasing a conviction.

This kind of overreaction to an obvious case of male boys testing their father is why we have fathers who no longer correct their children, resulting in out of control male adolescents and young adults. Fathers have to be able to respond when their adolescent/young adult children try them.

There's no doubt that there was an altercation, but all that can happen in self-defense. Either way, it appears he has two young men that could use some discipline. Yes money can speed up the process of proving your innocence but only if your innocent. Sometimes being well know can make it harder. Anyway good for him!

Full story in CREATIVE LOAFING?? Really?? Creative Loafing??? This liberal rag lives on ads for tattoo shops and nude bars, not that there is anything wrong with that, but to expect anything related to honest reporting is silly. The sad excuses for editorial staff can get by with this poor "reporting" because no one READS it.
Move on kids, Blair had an issue with his teenage son who needed a kick in the rear and it isn't anyones business. If his kid commited a crime most of the whiners here would be asking what kind of a parent he was for allowing THAT to happen?

Daily Horoscope for December 26

Virgo

Mercury is turning retrograde at just the right time, because it's telling you to consider the validity of your long-term aims and aspirations. If they stand about as much chance of seeing the light of day as you do of winning the Lottery, then you need to streamline them or even abandon them and start again. So think about what you want from life and how you're going to get it. Children and romance may be quite erratic during this phase.
