Homeowner greets prowler with bullets
A Clearwater homeowner confronted a man in his garage early Tuesday morning, eventually shooting the man twice.

What is sad is that the prowler will have no problem finding an attorney to sue the homeowner.
The lesson here is CENTER-MASS, aim for CENTER-MASS! |

That scumbag was in his house. State of Florida he has every right to shoot him according to Florida law. Even if the guy was running for the door. End of story. There will be no charges filed and any judge will dismiss any lawsuit. Yes he should have finished the job. When you shoot you shoot to kill. Aim at the upper torso. My 40 caliber with hollow points would have finished the job. That exit wound is the justice scum like that needs.

Actually in Florida if he is outside and trying to get in you can shoot him. I just took the concealed weapons course and this was covered in a q&a with the instructor. Legal gun owners have the right to defend themselves in many situations in Florida.
