With drought conditions continuing to plague the nation, and the latest Drought Monitor report showing 63% of the country experiencing moderate to severe drought conditions, the big question on everyone's mind is, "when will it end?" National Weather Service experts are saying it would take a month of rain, 9-15 inches to stop the dry conditions.
