Concerns grow over post office closings

Upshur County Commissioner Creed Pletcher said Thursday he believes the meetings to discuss the potential closings of rural post offices are a mere "gesture." Pletcher said he attended a recent meeting in Tallmansville, which is one of the sites targeted for shutdown in May.
