I saw this case on NBC's Dateline. I cannot believe at this point that the Leon County Police Chief still has a job.....much less the two officers who set-up the botched drug bust. Six ecstacy pills and a quarter pound of pot, and it cost this college grad her life. The State's Attorney General needs to step in and make some heads roll for this one. What they did was incredibly stupid and wreckless. I see $$$$ millions forthcoming to the family when the dust settles on this one.

LOL. First of all countys do not have police chiefs, they have sheriffs. Secondly it was the Tallahassee Police Dept so it is the Tallahassee Police Chief. Third, the police didn't cause this girl to die directly it was the drug dealer that killed her and indirectly it was her own fault. If she hadn't been doing/dealing drugs in the past and hadn't gotten caught then she would have never been put into this position. It is very sad that she died but it wasn't the police's fault.
