Man to be arraigned for drugs, abuse

A Tahlequah man is expected to make his initial arraignment today on drug possession and child abuse charges.

this is a sad sad story and i hope the baby is alright through all of this. but only thing i would like to know is who was there with them and if the dad was messed up or having drugs then why did he even have the baby where was its mom or another adult during this time
