A Sneads Ferry man has been charged in a Wednesday hit-and-run involving a pedestrian, officials say.
Larceny - Samantha Leigh Woelk
Samantha Leigh Woelk, 18, of Regal Drive in Hubert, was charged Monday by the Swansboro Police Department with three counts of breaking and entering a motor vehicle, two counts of misdemeanor larceny, four counts of financial card fraud and five counts of financial card theft.
