Deputies say they arrested an Asheville woman for breaking into a house in Swannanoa and stealing jewelry worth $21,350. Robin Renee Wentz Mutter, 32, of Rock Hill Circle, was charged with breaking and entering and larceny, according to a warrant served Thursday.
