Fed up with Wallum Lake crowds, Douglas to ask state for tighter entrance policy

Newcomer Carpenter wins selectman's seat in Auburn; Brotherton re-elected

The winners from the six candidates for two seats on the Board of Selectmen were one-term incumbent Denise A. Brotherton, 42, of 22 Paul St. and first-time candidate Daniel S.
