Myrtle Beach police arrest man, woman on prostitution charges
Aja Alexis Ann Mincey, 31, of Myrtle Beach was charged with second-offense prostitution, and Carmen George Isella, 49, of Surfside Beach was charged with first-offense prostitution, according to arrest records.
