New rule prompts call to save ship

John Soyring spends every Nov. 10 at the same place, doing the same thing. The Green Bay man goes to the Great Lakes Shipwreck Museum at Whitefish Point on the Lake Superior shore to ring the bell in honor of his uncle and the other 28 men who perished when the freighter Edmund Fitzgerald sank in a brutal storm 34 years ago.
