Managers at four properties formerly managed by Premier Resorts International confirmed this week that contracts were cancelled between the company and the local homeowner associations.

Until state legislators properly protect property owners interests of trust accounts, there will be no end to this behavior. Letting a management company handle your management and gross receipts is a stacked game against owners and tenants. So much for laissez-faire capitalism.

I'm sure that the "yacht" won't have any contract changes since Barbara owns it.
Why hasn't there been a story regarding the fact that Premier collected COBRA payments from their former employees but failed to make the payments leaving people holding the bag for their medical expenses? How much more can they do to hurt people? Hopefully this trustee will get to bottom of this mess so that we all feel a sense of justice.

Our insurance has not been paid since March. And of course our Cobra payment was never applied...
The Park Record and other news organizations need to get more involved and help give us a voice. The owners of these properties are not the only one's who got screwed. We're talking about families who live paycheck to paycheck and have to come up with thousands of dollars to cover healthcare expenses that should have been taken care of. Enough of the sugar coated articles!

I find it interesting that Barbara doesn't seem to be getting the same negative press as Brad. She is just as responsible for everything that has happened. Brad's a bigger jerk by far but you can't tell me that someone whose office shares a wall with Brad and who is a member of the "Business Hall of Fame" was naive to the lies and the stealing. I hope they both get locked up. And far that matter take Ariane with you. I believe she was the one that served alcholic to her employees before asking them to do "accounting" work. That's right get them drunk before "sweeping" the money.

Shame on you Barb and Brad, been on Barb's yacht, perhaps they need to start selling their assets off before their forced to like Madoff! At least they could indicate some sign of genuin concern for their employees, let along the homeowners who trusted them. I've been away from PC for many years, and I am ashamed of what has transired by someone I considered at one time to be a mentor. Shame, Shame, Shame!
