A woman faces drunken driving charges after she nearly drove into a Madison police squad car early Saturday morning, according to a release. Rachel L. McCartney, 39, of Sun Prairie, was driving east in the westbound lanes of the 4300 block of East Washington Avenue just after 1 a.m., police said.
