Vandalism the cause of outage in Menifee, power restored
UPDATE: According to So Cal Edison spokeswoman Caroline Aoyagi, all power has been restored as of 5:07 p.m. Aoyagi said that crews determined the cause of the outage to be the result of vandalism and copper wire theft at the Newcomb substation.
