SC woman charged with DUI after I-26 crash
A South Carolina woman has been charged with drunken driving after authorities say she drove the wrong way on Interstate 26 and crashed into a tractor-trailer. WCSC-TV in Charleston reports that 57-year-old Gaynelle Cuthburtson of Summerton hit the tractor-trailer head on while driving the wrong way on I-26 near Jedburg Wednesday night.
A 20-year-old Summerton man charged with the 2008 shooting of 27-year-old Kelvin Black will serve at least 22 years in a state prison, Third Circuit Judge Ferrell Cothran decided Tuesday.
