Voters rejected the School Board's 9.5-mill levy, Issue 38. With 100 percent of the precincts reporting, 2,060 voters cast ballots "For" the levy while 2,599 voted "Against" the levy, according to final, but unofficial results from the Portage County Board of Elections.
