Truck gets stuck crossing Vermilion
A Ford failed to ford the Vermilion River Sunday night in Streator. Joseph R. Kmetz, 29, 308 W. Morrell St., drove his 1992 Ford truck into the river at the canoe launch, along West Main Street, about 10:25 p.m., then became stuck.
