Police seek rifle's owner

A rifle was found on the side of a Strasburg Township road Friday afternoon. Pennsylvania State Police are looking for the owner of a .30-.30 Marlin rifle that was found in a black plastic case on the ground at Route 896 and Paradise Lane at 2:30 p.m. Police said the rifle has camouflage on the stock and a Bushnell scope mounted on it.
