A six-month moratorium on development in the Stow area is expected to be discussed during November's meeting of the Town Board.

Wanting everyone to vote on whether a building should be purchased for the fire department may be the only thing the two sides of the issue have in common.

Originally scheduled for Tuesday, Sept. 27, the vote will instead be held Oct. 25 to accommodate state law advertising requirements mandating amounts of time for a public vote.
