Police: City man might be involved in several crimes

Theodore Rush, 33, was arrested on a charge of armed robbery in connection with a robbery at 10:10 a.m. Tuesday at US Bank, 3461 Cottage Grove Road, in Blooming Grove Township, according to a press release from the Dane County Sheriff's Office.
