Deputies are on the lookout for an electric wheelchair that was reported stolen from a man's home in Stoneville.

There are many businesses and organizations that are forced to cut back on workers and resources during a recession, but many non-profits and other agencies thrive when people are out of work and need a little extra help.

Auditors visited Madison, Mayodan and Stoneville town meetings in recent months to present reports on the budgets for the previous fiscal year.
