Illinois man charged in semitrailer crash

At 8:55 p.m., a semitrailer driven by Todd E. Blythe, 34, of Sterling Ill., crashed while heading eastbound on I-80. According to the crash report, the vehicle drove onto the right shoulder and hit the guard cable before veering left and tipping on its side near the 229 mile marker.
