Charged. Warren City police said Theodore King Sr., 40, 39 Central Rd., Steamburg, N.Y., was charged with DUI general impairment, DUI highest rate of alcohol, restraint systems and no insurance following a traffic stop near the intersection of Pennsylvania Ave.

Thomas J. Fish, 44, of Sugar Grove was charged with driving while intoxicated, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and hauling a load without a red flag after a traffic stop prompted by a concerned citizen's 911 call.
