THEFT: On June 3, a resident of Roxy Wood Drive, Winder, reported someone entered her Ford car and stole a DVD player and about $3 in change.

FRAUD: On May 30, a deputy was dispatched to a home in Winder, where a man said someone who sounded like his grandson called from Farmington, Ark.

BURGLARY: On May 25, a deputy was dispatched to Calls Creek Circle, Watkinsville, where the resident came home and reported finding a window damaged and her daughter's TV missing.

The following information was gathered from Oconee County Jail booking reports: May 27 Stephanie Ray Lemmonds, 37, of Statham was charged with failure to appear.

Corvettes, Mustangs, Trans Ams and dozens of other muscle and classic cars were on display Saturday, May 25, at Brenau University.

Due to a loss of money from its community rental buildings as well as security concerns, the Statham City Council discussed the possible relocation of city hall at its recent work session.

The following individuals were arrested and booked into the Barrow County Detention Center from May 17 through May 20, 2013: Heather Nicole Allen, 130 Langford Street, Winder, was booked into the jail on May 19.
