Indictment Shows Alleged Fake Doctor Had Over 30 Victims

An indictment released Tuesday shows that over 30 people were allegedly victims of a man who allegedly practiced medicine without a license in Lexington. The 10-page indictment against Dean Alan Willoughby of Mount Sterling alleges that he had 35 victims. His charges include practicing medicine without a license and third-degree sexual abuse.
