STANLEY A microbrewery near Oelwein is in the process of expanding. Hub City Brewing Company in Stanely brews, bottles and ships seven different beers from its location on Highway 3. Three years ago, the company began by purchasing a small microbrewing system.

A postal worker was attacked and bit by a dog Monday afternoon in Oelwein. We're told Al Schlumbohm of Stanley was bit in the cheek and mouth by the dog.
