Stamford building to sell for $200 million

A 180,000-square-foot office building in Stamford, Conn., is in contract to sell to Heritage Realty Services for $200 million, or $1,000 per square foot.

If you read into the story, it appears that it could be the Greenwich Capital/RBS headquarters on Steamboat Road in Greenwich. Makes sense. Right on the harbor..

Just my perception anyway
