I don't know Mr. Foster myself. But one of his relatives has been my family attorney for years (and he is a good man, I can vouch for that personally). I've heard from good friends that Mr. Foster is a good man. Hopefully he will keep to his former behavior and not let the power he now has corrupt him. St. Petersburg needs a lot of help. One of his campaign platforms was to stop some the the "them and us" attitudes of the citizens. It's my fervant hope that he comes through with that promise. The first thing he needs to do is reign in code enforcement and the abuses of that office by the crazy neighbors, entrepreneurs and real estate agents looking for listings; I hope he will see to that, he sat on the code board for years, he's seen it and now he has the power to fix it. Good luck to you Mr. Foster, I truly hope that you take St. Petersburg back to the pleasant city it used to be instead of the city wide attempt to create a deed ristricted community catering to the rich and whiney instead of the typical middle class citizen. Oh and lets not forget the poor and whiney, they too need a reminder that what they want is not necessarily for the good of all.
