Local builders keepin' it in Camden yo! They used construction debris as fill for the swampland sold to unsuspecting Yankees. Useless, worthless pieces of Shiite houses built on a bog. Welcome to paradise y'all.

Yes I have seen this happen personally, then later a sink hole appears. Unless, you are there a lot you wouldn't even know it happened.

the best thing to do when building a house is be the contractor yourself and hire your own subcontractors, and watch them all the time. You and family and friends can help out with watching.

A lot of houses around are built on piles of old roots and trees. It house is built on a slab, you will eventually have big big problems.
