Man injured in accident

A portion of Interstate 64 was closed after a tractor-trailer accident. The driver, Oda Howard, 44, was injured in the accident when his tractor-trailer, which was carrying gravel, blew a tire around 3:50 p.m. Tuesday, according to Deputy Jesse Delaney with the Boyd County Sheriff's Department.
