St. Johnsville town Supervisor Dominick Stagliano will run for the county executive seat for the new Montgomery County government that will be in place Jan.

The first budget for the newly merged Oppenheim-Ephratah-St. Johnsville Central School District would allow the district to improve its educational programs without increasing taxes next year.
