Plan to 'right size' Catholic community is moving forward

Back in September, the Diocese of Saginaw started a process called 'Planning Tomorrow's Parishes'. Under that plan, parishes in all 11 of the counties it serves are meeting and trying to decide how they can best deal with having fewer priests and parishioners.
